This hotel is very convenient to metro station, only a few minutes walk. The staff is friendly and helpful. Good wifi signal. Breakfast is okay. I can hear noise from other rooms past midnight.

Excellent. Our hosts were very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Our room had all the facilities required for our short stay in Paris - chiller, tea and coffee making facilities, etc. As all the reviews mention, the shower and bathroom are 'cosy', just missing some facial tissues, however we liked the shower gel, hand wash and body lotion provided. We cannot comment on the Breakfast as we did not have the Breakfast Buffet on sale at the hotel. We really appreciated the great location near to Gare du Nord train station and the 12noon checkout. We had an enjoyable stay, Thank You.

Good location close to Gare du Nord and other metro stations. The staff was friendly, we didn't had breakfast there but they offer for a surcharge, plenty of options around. Beds were comfortable. There was some street noise, but the windows were great.

Hotel itself was fine. Bedroom carpet and corridors could do with a good clean. But overall quite nice. The only big downside to this hotel is the noise outside ! Did not sleep a wink due to police sirens , shouting, cars beeping ALL night

Staff were kind, skilled and very helpful. Room (cozy) was very clean but small as mentioned in description. Shower door was very narrow, not an issue for me but could be a problem for a larger person. Location very close to Gare du Nord is perfect with access to RER and Metro. However some people could find presence of homeless people close to the station an issue. I have stayed in this hotel many times and never had a problem.

Surprising quality given the location. I'd definitely stay at this hotel again if I need to be near the Gare du Nord. The staff is friendly yet professional; rooms are a bit on the small side, but super clean.

A good choice for overnight in Paris near Gare du Nord. Very clean, comfortable, friendly staff. Only negative was a continuous drip of water from the air conditioner which was annoying, but staff tried to ameliorate the issue when alerted, & will follow up today.

Great location

We like staying at this hotel, as it is very well located---close to Gare de l'Est for transportation and has many places around to eat. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful and will store luggage if you check in early, or need to check out late. Before, we've had a bigger room but this time we had a room described as "cosy" and for 2 people it was rather cramped. Also, our shower leaked and water spread all over the bathroom floor. But, we will stay here again, and hope for a bigger room!

I actually would have given this 5 stars. The beds were comfortable, the room was a good size BUT there were quite a few ants in the room and the shower was broken - the arm that held the shower head wasn’t really attached to the wall.

Bedbugs in the rooms!

I stayed in the hotel im March. Terrible hotel! Terrible service! A lot of bedbugs will bite you the first night. The receptionist will gaselight you that there are no bedbugs in your room. When I asked for the refund for this night and the following nights the manager promised to send money asap. There is a month since then and money back. They are just the cheaters!

Great comfortable hotel, with quiet rooms in the back, but the area around the Gare du Nord has become a bit loud and sketchy. Otherwise some great dining options and excellent transportation.
