Large room with toilet being separate was great. Broken aircon & bar fridge broken for days Bag stolen whilst we slept overnight, someone broke into our room. No-one believed us until found on another floor we had not been on by cleaner. Asked to speak to cleaner gone home. Asked to speak to Mge. Don’t have his number. Can only contact in emergency. Well my bag with passport, cash, credit cards seems like an emergency to me (I can’t get home without passport. Suddenly after five hours at Australian Embassy & Police, when we got back bag had been found minus cash, ,credit cards, umbrella. Fortunately passport still in it. Then they offered to free nights whilst we waited for emergency passport. Too little too late. We were so scared we would have moved hotels had it not been found. We did get two free breakfasts, well that was a bonus given how stressed we were. Said they couldn’t do anything. Yes investigate your security cameras and staff. They would show us the security cameras. This was just plain traumatic and poor service in regards to maintenance issues, and the costs of Uber if four times (40 minutes each time, plus 259 for emergency passport, which my daughter paid for as everything had been stolen. Not even the mgr called us back when we asked to speak to him. They declared they had no number and his day off. We spent last night with chairs and cases jammed up against the door and got no sleep as we were scared stiff. Not safe orwell maintained

We were only there for a short overnight stay however this hotel was perfectly acceptable. The room was quiet and comfortable and the breakfast extensive and tasty A shout out too for the highly professional receptionist who was able to answer all our queries before we asked A true professional.

Great hotel, and great location.

Our stay was lovely! We had a room on the first floor and one on the 6th floor. Very clean and friendly staff. The top floor room was a bit hot at night without AC, but the windows could be opened so that helped tremendously. Location was phenomenal, with either walking access to locations or getting to the local metro station.

Lovely little hotel, very nicely decorated. Well situated in the Bastille with super easy access to the metro a couple of minutes away. I requested a quiet room and couldn't hear any street noise at all! The breakfast is great, and the lady who looks after it was keeping it perfectly stocked up. Beni on reception was very helpful and cheerful, great service :)

Quick comfy stay

Right in the heart of Bastille, this little hotel served my purpose for the quick stay. Big bathroom, comfy bed, and small, but definitely workable and comfortable. Did not feel like I had no space, I was very happy with the space considering Paris is known for rooms on the smaller side. For the night I was here, it was perfect. Check-in was easy, staff was polite, no issues at all.
