Highly recommended

The hotel was more than perfect for us (not fancy but very suitable ). Receptionists were very very helpful. Room was clean however they do not have any cleaning services unless you order one and pay extra. the location was very good, safe and quiet with several cafes around.The hotel was near the champselysee and the place de L'alma/trocadero/tour eifel. I highly recommend the hotel

The place is a remodeled apartment building. Not bad, but layout of rooms is unusual. Typical european hotel . No housekeeping. Very noisy. Service personnel shared the one elevator which is unacceptable, noy at this price . Again , other than location wouldn't recommend unless a very brief stay ....

Thank you very much for the warm welcome. Kaspar from the reception was very courteous, and the young woman who was there today was also lovely. Everyone responded to our requests with a smile. Highly recommended hotel – close to the Eiffel Tower and located in an area with public transport and many restaurants. Thank you for the hospitality – we will definitely come back.

Great location and lots of shops around, easy walkable access to main attractions such as champs élysées, tour Eiffel, and the metro. However, some of the rooms are extremely small and you never know which one you will get- we had a great room one stay and a much smaller room the next, with barely any space to walk around the bed, or to sit at a table.

The unit we stayed was nicely appointed and equipped. Although we did not get daily cleaning services (the unit was an apartment), we had easy access to additional towels, toiletries, etc. The breakfast had an outstanding selection and the dining area was really nice. All sorts of shops and restaurants within a few minutes walk and the hotel felt very secured.

Really loved our stay here. The hotel was super clean, and the location couldn’t be better since it was less than 15 minutes to the Eiffel Tower and close to pretty much everything. Tons of great restaurants and supermarkets right around the corner, too, which was super handy. The staff were amazing and so friendly and helpful every time we walked in. They always asked how we were enjoying Paris and gave great tips when we needed them. The only downside was the air conditioning. It wasn’t working during our stay, and with the heat (28°C+), it made the room really uncomfortable. The fan just didn’t cut it, and there were nights we couldn’t sleep from how warm it was (literally sweating all night). Coming back to a room that felt like an oven after a day out in the city was exhausting. We asked about it and were told that it’s not typical in France to use the AC until the end of May, but honestly, it was just too hot. The hotel advertises that they have AC, so it should work as expected, especially for the price we paid. That said, the room itself was great and super comfy, loved the separate shower and toilet setup, and being able to grab fresh towels and sheets whenever we wanted was a nice touch. If they fix the AC issue, I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!
