The apartment is broken down as follows:
On the ground floor
- Dining area with a table and 6 chairs. Carpeted floor. Window overlooking the interior courtyard.
- Small kitchen hidden behind an antique door with two hotplates, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, various storage spaces, necessary crockery and kitchen utensils.
Upstairs
• Bedroom with a 140 * 200cm bed. Some storage.
• Separate WC.
• A bathroom with a shower, sink, hairdryer. Open to the bedroom.
In the basement It is accessed by a beautiful glass staircase.
• A nice living room with a sofa, armchair, coffee table, TV cabinet, TV, internet access, lamps and decoration
• A bedroom open to the space with a 140X200cm bed, two bedside tables, a dressing room.
The linen is provided. Iron and ironing board Electric heating.
