I feel bad having to rate only good, because the staff was extremely nice, friendly and helpful ! But we did have one of their bigger rooms and the room did not have any shelf space, with staying for five days we lived out of our suitcases. My time here was good. My room was big with balcony. The hotel itself was amazing. The breakfast was great with different choices. However my bag was lost for a hour to find it in a different room. Then I booked a spa pool and sauna when I called reception they said they could not find my appointment. They did resolve the issue by letting me use the pool at night.

Lovely hotel! Elevator was down the first day so we had to haul our luggage up 4 flights of stairs. They gave us complimentary breakfast to make up for it, but still a massive inconvenience. Besides that, I highly recommend this hotel. It’s my 2nd time and I always enjoy it! Very clean and the staff is very helpful. Location is great! Centrally located on a quiet street.

Nice located hotel for us

It is a good location for us. Staff were fantastic. Just a couple of things not making it an excellent stay, wobbly board for a ramp, slow elevator funky room layout with a step in our room not populat on late night washroom visit. We had a terrace room last time & liked it more than the suite we had this time.

Booked this hotel after we had to leave another hotel suddenly. Absolutely glad I did. Beautiful boutique hotel nice clean modern updated rooms and bathrooms. Pool and Sauna which access is included with your reservation. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Able to check out a bit later due to timing of our flight, they also held our luggage as well. Nice safe clean location. Able to walk to restaurants and stores. Definitely recommend.
