Ocean view was amazing! Rooms however could definitely use updating. But I did only pay 341 for 5 nights. So you get what you get. Service was good, very friendly. BED WAS HORRIBLE!!

The room was extremly dirty, had pet hair all over the place and jad a strong pet odor. The couch and chairs were stained, filty and smelly. Bathroom was dirty, as well, broken bathtub and faucet. The view was great but the patio door knob was broken, could not stay closed.

Rooms are horrible and very old - water leaks from everywhere and not clean at all- this hotel needs to be destroyed and refurbished otherwise they will be closed with a huge incident soon where even the balcony was completely rusty and wiggly!

The room was very unclean. There was a dirty towel handing from the rod in the shower. The shower floor was unclean. Sink drain had unknown particles in it, along with unclean countertop. The bed had a great dip in the middle, mattress needed replaced. There was trash in both bins. Ketchup bottle was in the refrigerator. You have to take dirty towels to front desk to get clean ones. This experience was after seeing our first room in the same condition and requested a new one. We left early due to condition. Customer service was great, they had awesome personalities and attempted to be as accommodating as possible. The view was great!

Air conditioning worked good one minute then it would be hot the next. We could not of stayed in the room during the hot summer. Hot water took forever to heat up and lots of long black dog hair along with several flea bites on my legs. Couch was also badly stained and should be replaced.

I enjoyed my stay in room 203, until these people in a room on the first floor came with 4 little dogs , people who smoked cigarettes, and they had a baby. The basically stayed outside the entire days...my last 2 days. Which ruined my time on my balcony. Why would you let 4 people, with 4 little dogs and a baby stay in one room Also you should make the property smoke free...or at least put people with dogs, babies and cigarette smokers way, way down on the end..
