El condominio tiene puertas corredizas de vidrio desde la sala de estar que conducen a un balcón privado. Enjoyed our stay

The condo met all our needs, however the bar across the street is very noisy. This unit is located near the elevator which is very convenient but very noisy also. The property manager was awsome and always responded quickly.

Stay at Majestic

This property was very clean and any concerns were taken care of by management. The furniture is very, very old and outdated. The bed was so sweetly and unstable and was not very comfortable. We did have a great stay though and that was the most important thing.

Beautiful & Clean

Dealing with the manager was very easy, always quick to respond. Condo was clean (would've like to have seen more up to date decorating) but there for the beach and entertainment, not to stay in the condo. I would definitely recommend!

Would highly recommend!

Everything about this property, from the location, to the cleanliness, and the amenities it provided were just what we were looking for. I know several other reviews mentioned about being able to hear the elevator during the night, however with the overhead fan on we were not able to hear it. The property manager gave fast responses the day of check in and answered any and all questions we had. I would highly recommend this place and we can’t wait to come back and stay here in upcoming vacations to PCB!

Enjoyed Our Stay

The property was as described and clean. Would definitely stay there again. It’s in a convenient location to many things. I also liked the fact that I could go straight to our room to check in and not have to get a bunch of stuff from an offsite property manager in order to check in.

Ok but could use some updates

We stayed for a week (2 adults and 2 kids). Overall the condo was clean (except for floors, could have been moped better). The kitchen was missing some basic tools such as pizza cutter/pizza pan, the bathroom sink is very slow to drain. The pull out couch is very uncomfortable, we planned on having our two kids sleep on it but you can feel every spring.. it has the thinnest mattress. We saw there were blow up mattresses but no pump to blow them up with. The kids ended up sleeping with us in bed so it was a little tight. I would say this condo is best suited for two adults.

Overall great place to stay.

Overall great location and great property. My only complaint is that the pull out couch needs to be replaced. My kids slept on it so they tolerated it but no way an adult could sleep there comfortably.

Internet is unusable, cable is fuzzy, nothing to sweep, but fine if you don't need those

Overall, we were happy with our room. This is probably because we spent as little time there as possible, which is the point of this location. There are quite a few things that might make this unit in particular unusable for some people. The Wifi is so slow that it's nearly unusable. I speed tested it at around 0.5Mb/s. The cable TV is standard definition. There wasn't a broom so we had sand all over after 2 trips to the beach. The AC can not be set below 72, so it gets pretty hot at night.

We had a very good stay! The room was clean and perfect for the two of us. The only thing was we couldn’t figure out how to get the temperature to stay cool. It was very hot in our room. Other than that, perfect stay!

Lovely stay

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for the week. There is new furniture and it is very comfortable. They have a vacuum in the closet to sweep up sand. That was a plus. Reviews commented about the dishwasher not working well. If you use the cheap detergent left by the cleaning packets that is true. I bought cascade and it cleaned just fine. I think it’s more of a detergent issue than a washer issue. My one suggestion is that the condo is right off of the elevator. So it can be loud listening to the elevator going up and down. Especially at night because the bedroom is closest to the elevator. We had a box fan and ran that so it drowned it out. I suggest you do the same. The condo next door had the same complaint.

Great rental

Very clean, right off the elevator. Just needs a few updates. The dishwasher doesn’t really clean. The detergent is just sitting at the bottom when the cycle is finished. Only one side of the toaster works and there are no baking sheets/pans.

We were very pleased with the location, cleanliness and hospitality of the owners. We arrived earlier than normal check-in and they were able to get us in earlier and very nice about it. The condo was very clean and we had everything we needed. We will definately say again!
