With the turquoise waves of the Gulf of Mexico 16 floors below, this beachfront condo is a place to rest, unwind, and savor the beauties of Panama City Beach. Here at Tidewater Beach Resort, you'll have a balcony where you can enjoy your breakfast each morning, 600 feet of private beach (with free seasonal beach service), and resort facilities that include multiple swimming pools, hot tubs, a 4,300-square-foot gym with a steam room and sauna, and an arcade.

You'll be just a few steps from a Starbucks and Waves Bar & Grill at the resort, as well as Oishi Thai Restaurant and Sushi Bar and Marcoā€™s Pizza across the street. Pier Park is three-quarters of a mile down the road, offering over 100 stores, restaurants, and plentiful sources of entertainment, from Dave & Busterā€™s to an IMAX movie theater. The Aaron Bessant Amphitheater (the site of the Seabreeze Jazz Festival, Unwined, and a summer concert series) is three-quarters of a mile east, with the Russell-Fields Pier and Gulf World just beyond.

Reservations from March through October include beach service (two chairs and one umbrella).
Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 16.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
