Impresionante condominio frente al mar en Edgewater Sleeps 8

Este condominio es un condominio de dos dormitorios y dos baños ubicado en el muy buscado Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort. Se encuentra la Torre 1 en el quinto piso, a pocos pasos del ascensor. Las paredes de las ventanas en la sala de estar y el comedor ofrecen una vista impresionante del océano y la piscina principal del complejo. Disfrutará de su café matutino en el balcón escuchando el sonido del océano. Este condominio tiene capacidad para 8. El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama king size, vestidor y un baño principal privado con tocadores dobles. El segundo dormitorio ofrece una cama queen size y una cama matrimonial con acceso al baño del salón. Si tiene niños pequeños, tenemos un pack n play para su uso.
La cocina ha sido completamente remodelada con encimeras de granito, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y está completamente equipada con ropa de cocina que incluye una máquina Keurig.
La sala de estar tiene muchos asientos en el sofá cama Queen. También es posible que desee disfrutar de la vista desde las sillas giratorias junto a las ventanas.
La lavadora y secadora HE de tamaño completo están disponibles en la unidad para su uso. Ofrecemos algunas toallas de playa.

Ok at best

1. The room was not clean when we arrived. The cleaners arrived an hour after we got there. 2. The master shower is photoshopped on vrbo. The actual master shower is the origin and is moldy. 3. The hvac quit working at the end of our trip. We texted our contact with a delayef 4. The patio door to the balcony doesn't lock. This is a HUGE issue with small children. We come to Edgewater every year for 2 weeks and this is probably the worst experience we've had

Incredible condo!

We loved this property! The location to the pool and beach is perfection along with the view. The condo is beautifully decorated with furniture that makes sense (we loved the swivel chairs located by the floor to ceiling windows that overlooked the pool/beach/ocean). The master room had the most comfortable bed and pillows with a huge closet that was able to accommodate all our dance convention gear plus suitcases. We would rent here again in a heartbeat if returning to PCB!

Our favorite vacation!

Within the first 20 minutes of arriving, never having even been to the area before, my husband and I were both ready to book again for next year! Our two girls (9, 4) were SO excited to see a pirate ship and DOLPHINS pretty much immediately after we set out bags down! The grassy area was fantastic, the pool location was incredible, and the walk to the beach was short and easy. Our youngest still does a rest period during the day, so I was able to sit on the patio while she was resting and watch my oldest in the pool (she's a strong swimmer) while my husband got work done in the bedroom with a view of the ocean. The food nearby is delicious, and there was so much to do!! Also. The furniture and beds!!!! I cannot stress this enough. So. Comfortable. We actually googled the couch and bed pillows because it was so nice. The entire vibe of the condo is beachy/coastal, but its subtle and classy and comfortable all at the same time. We travel a lot and this is the first time I think we will be returning to the same Vrbo! Can't wait til next year!!! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your beautiful condo!!!

Beautiful!

Very beautiful, great views! Location was wonderful! The furniture is more modern. I would not recommend for handicap individuals however, due to no walk-in showers and lower seating, but if you are in physically good shape then absolutely this is a great place to be.

Good property but the cleaning crew needs work

Checked into this property to find that the bedding had not been changed and was filthy. Called the property manager and they were quick to come change this out for us. However the rest of the property could use some cleaning TLC as it was obvious it had not been vacuumed very well and could use a very deep clean. The toilet in the guest bathroom had a problem flushing. Overall the property is nicely updated with great views. Pools were very clean and the beaches great. We ate our lunches and one breakfast at the Oceans restaurant on-site and everything we ate was great. Some of the best food we had our whole trip. I would recommend this unit and would stay again if the cleaning crew was upgraded.

Spring break 2023

Beautiful condo. Everything was in great condition and very clean. We were with a very large group, 17 families staying throughout the property and we by far had the nicest unit. Great communication with the owner leading up to our arrival with restaurant recommendations and beach rental info. A must rent.

Snow birds extended stay

We stayed here for 6 weeks in winter of 2023. This review is based on that long stay. If we had stayed for a short term our review may be different. First of all, the positives.....master bed dresser, night stands, and closet are spacious. The pictures online are accurate. The master bed is very comfie. Communication with ANGIE was very good. Now for the negatives....master bath is horrendous. It is a garden tub with an old shower mat and a wall of mirrors. The caulk is so very moldy. Should def be updated. Very, very gross. The guest BATH is very nice. The tile and grout is interesting, in need of a thorough cleaning. Balcony furniture is very rusty and falling apart. Living room furniture, other than the blue chairs, is very uncomfortable. The couch is a "sleeper" but could possibly only fit one person. Could use some new pots and pans and more kitchen items. The washer door is STILL broken but there is a note telling you that it is broken and how to manage it. Oh, and the rug under the master bed could be either replaced or deep cleaned as it was pretty nasty. Lastly, the view is great but the windows were very dirty.

Wonderful Family Spot

We loved our stay in PCB! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The location and views were amazing! I thought it would be crazy in Panama City for Spring Break but it was surprisingly quiet. Definitely teens around but not nearly as many or as loud as I thought. Our hosts were great and so communicative. The condo was comfortable and beautifully decorated. We will definitely be back!
