This place is spectacular! Super responsive to calls and very accommodating! The view can’t be beat! The only down side was only one elevator was working so you had to wait for a few minutes on it, but, all in all, a wonderful place! We will be back!

Family vacation

PCB 2024

100% would stay here again! Perfect location and perfect size for 4 adults, 2 preteens, and 1 toddler. Condo was fully stocked with any and everything you could possibly need. All the grounds attendants were friendly, helpful, and professional. Grounds were clean and well kept. Always a fresh, clean smell when you walked out the elevator on the first floor. Owners of condo were quick to respond whenever I had a question. Check in and out were smooth. If I absolutely had to complain about something (and that is a big if), the only thing would be the parking spaces. It was a very tight squeeze and there’s only one spot designated for the condo….Which we were aware of before. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Overall the condo was great! It had plenty of space for a group of 8 including 2 children. The only thing was the kitchen wasn’t the cleanest and the Master Bedroom shower was clogged so the water would not drain properly. Nothing that would keep us from staying there again😊

Great place

It was awesome. Only issue we had was coffee pot but one was delivered in 30 minutes. Well stocked. Bathrooms need a little update. It was the perfect place for us. We’ll be back. Thank you so much for everything!

This condo was exactly as it was listed! Well taken care of and well stocked. Beautiful view from the large Balcony! My group enjoyed our stay here we recommend this condo to any larger group looking for a nice place to stay!

Great getaway!

Truly enjoyed our stay at Greta's! It was just as advertised if not better. Very clean and well organized. They even had a cart to make it easy to bring all of our stuff up! 4 bedrooms made for plenty of space for everyone. Amazing view!

Perfect beach view

Overall my trip was great. I loved the house. Amazing view. My only issue was the cleanliness. Walking around within the first day in the condo. My feet were black. The washing machine was actually horrible with a moldy smell. you could see the mold in it. I cannot bring myself to even use it at all. I did complain about this area in one of the rooms that was sticky, and they did send someone to clean up that area. They were responsive to that. I did have to notify them when I arrived of several broken or damaged items because I didn't want to be responsible for it. Everybody was nice. Just definitely needs to be cleaned better.

Fall Break with Family

We all really enjoyed the condo. It was spacious enough for a family of 8. The view was amazing. We enjoyed going to the beach during the day and looking for crabs at night. Overall, wonderful experience. The only negative was that we sent two e-mails to the rental company (one thru g-mail and the other thru the Hospitality app) and never received a response. The first was to make them aware of a couple of things that were already missing when we arrived and the second was to make them aware of a leaking faucet on one of the sinks in the master bath. We were able to use the other sink. Hopefully, they will take care of these. Otherwise, we have no complaints.

Family Vacation

Overall we were very happy with the property. Only complaint I can make was the master bathroom wasn't really clean. Looks like they may have rushed to wipe it down but not clean it, there was hair on the shower floor and was obvious the toilet had not been cleaned. Other than this we were very happy with the property, Internet was sufficient for us when we had to work a couple of days and also with kids using it a lot as well. Kitchen was sufficiently stocked with cooking and eating utensils. Being a corner unit the balcony has some amazing views. The condo property around the pools, beach and parking lot were cleaning and staff was friendly.

Great experience

Me and family had a great time staying at the Ocean Reef with Greta’s beach rentals. The pictures were nice but in person, the condo was really nice. The amenities were so thoughtful and helped us have a great time. We will be returning on next year.
