Beautiful view

This condo has a beautiful oceanfront view from the 15th floor. The balcony has very nice furniture to enjoy. The kitchen had most everything you would need. I would suggest that you bring kitchen towels as only one was provided. The only complaint I had was the bedroom furniture needs updating, the drawers fall down when you open them. I recommend this condo, beds were comfortable and condo was clean.

Great vacation experience

Thie condo has everything you need to enjoy your vacation in Panama City. Whether you are looking for a quiet relaxing couples vacation or one for the family. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is fully stocked, great big soaking tub off master bedroom, stocked with games and movies, and a wonderful view of the beach and pool from the balcony. Highly recommend.

Home was great, provisions were lacking

The home was very nice, exactly as pictured and great location, close to several restaurants and activities. What was disappointing was the lack of basic kitchen staples (salt & pepper, coffee filters for that particular coffee pot, trash bags, aluminum foil). I have never stayed in a home that didn't provide these basic items. I ended up buying 200 coffee filters that don't fit in my home machine (good thing they are inexpensive). We were only provided with two kitchen trash bags for the week. With one day left on our vacation, we asked for another kitchen trash bag and were told that we should have provided those. Thankfully, the lady let us have one since we only had one day left. If the agreement mentioned that basic kitchen staples were not provided, I missed it. Since some of the other reviewers stated there were beach towels available for use, we didn't pack any. When we got to the home, there was a sign to help yourself to the beach towels but, no beach towels were there. After the management company said this was provided by the owner and not them, we had to make another trip to the store.

Magnificent weekend getaway

Rental process was flawless. Email directions came when promised. Entry to condo was easy and very clear. Amenities are fantastic and as a bonus Hang Five Restaurant is on the beach and a two minute walk down the beach.

Beautiful unit! Can’t wait to come back!

Pleasantly surprised to find the unit had been updated from the pictures we saw when we booked. On the 15th floor is the perfect spot in this building! Loved having games/puzzles etc to keep up entertained when it rained a bit and kept us off the beach. Downer was the DVD player never worked and the TV in the bunk room didn’t work either. The chairs and loungers on the balcony is where we found ourselves every morning and every night. The one downer is the elevator situation. It became a joke that if we got an elevator in less than 5 minutes it was a miracle. But overall we loved our stay and would recommend this unit to anyone who’s thinking of planning a trip here.

Beautiful Room and View - Convenient to Everything!

The room was beautiful and clean. There was no hair dryer and the front desk did not have a spare either so be sure to pack one. I didn’t really like how the beach entrance was on level 1 and the pool was on level 5. It’s not fun taking an elevator to get between the two. The outdoor grills flood the parking garage with smoke every time someone is grilling, this is unfortunate because you have to walk through the garage to get to the beach, people were covering their faces from all of the smoke, need better ventilation or fans for this. I loved the convenience of this place. It’s walking distance to Runaway Island Grill and Sharky’s from the beach or the road. It’s a very quick drive to Pier Park too. Checking in and out was very easy and simple.

Great location.

The location was great. The carpet was dirty. If you didn't wear shoes inside the bottom of your feet/socks would be black. The TV in the master bedroom was old and outdated.Everything else was great. Very spacious very comfortable.
