BRENDA SAVED THE TRIP and THE STARS Are About Her

The property was in a great location. The pictures were accurate Except for the "game room." There were things happening that might have been out of the owners control (water, electricity) however the house manager BRENDA is a JEWEL! She came over to address every concern, followed up with things that were happening and knew this house like the back of her hand. She has been so Kind even after our stay. As a note to the owners, throw the whole gameroom away. It was musty and the game tables aren't worth the space as they are ruined. We didn't use it because we were able to walk to the beach and hang out by the pool that was SO pretty. Give Brenda a RAISE!

Pro: location was great! Cons: no rugs, floor mats or anything throughout the house. Mind you, it’s hardwood all over. The floors were dirty, we had to keep our shoes on the entire stay to prevent our feet from turning black. Pool table was warped, there were 4 pool sticks but only 1 had a tip. Air hockey table was terrible, couldn’t even play. Pool chairs had no cushions. Some of the beds had stains underneath the sheets. The fees were outrageous for so many cons. Would be nice to get some kind of compensation. I probably wouldn’t recommend this place or return.

Panama City Beach is beautiful

The house looked different than online, it may have been painted all white since the photos were taken. The beds were very uncomfortable, they were very firm, if you like a very firm bed you'll be comfortable if not you will not sleep. The prop manager was very nice and quick to respond. We didn't really care for the area the house was located in. It wasn't dangerous just now what we were expecting.

Should have gotten a hostel

The tv did not work in the living room i called about it ...know one called back and i called about the pool being dirty and nothing so i cleaned the pool my self other then that it was ok it you didn't won't to swim or watch tv and relaxing then hopefully you have a radio

Family Friendly

Plenty of room and amenities to be together and spread out. They are working on the neighborhood for better traffic flow and that will bring in new restaurants, stores and attractions, but in the meantime you can grill or still a convenient location for ordering out. Very close to a seafood market and a grocery store. Love that it had bikes and all things needed for the beach.

A great family vacation!

We really enjoyed staying at your property. This was the first time saying in a place that wasn’t a condo. The property was exactly as described in the listing. Our family enjoyed the back yard. We are looming forward to returning hopefully in the spring.

Beautiful, spacious home

Amazing property. House was spacious enough for our family, the first rental that actually had comfortable beds! It isnt to far from the beach, golf cart or vehicle is best to access the beach. We met Brenda and Joe, the cleaners of the home, and they were amazing, so welcoming and helpful! Loved this home!

Highly recommend

We brought all teens and 2 parents. The pics are accurate. This house was perfect. Lots to do at the house and literally a 6 min walk to beach access. I do suggest bringing trash bags. Everything else was provided. I made meals and all essentials provided. Check in & out was easy. Communication was quick and answered all questions. Will definitely be back again!

Everyone Enjoyed!

Everyone of all ages enjoyed this property. We were about 3 blocks from the beach with an easy walk and everything we needed including a wagon and chairs for the beach. The pool was a huge hit for everyone. We grilled out a few nights on the grill and even enjoyed a fire one night. The game room was used every night. Make sure to bring your own products like toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, beach towels. You’re provided a start of everything paper wise and that’s all. 8 people with Age range from 6 to 73. Definitely will stay again! ☀️

Did not enjoy

I don’t leave negative reviews but I really wish I would’ve had a review to go off so I thought I would share my experience to help. This got off on the wrong foot to start as I got a call from the “third party managing company” the day before arrival asking the weight of my pet. Even though there was not a specific requirement anywhere on the property details (at the time), I was told by the managing company of this property that I could not confirm my stay because my pet didn’t meet the “requirement”. As I mentioned, there was no requirement listed. Many other listings did specify different requirements but this one did not. This sent us scrambling to find another property as this was again, the day prior to arrival. After multiple conversations, they agreed to let us keep the reservation and bring our pet for which I am grateful. We spent well over $500 a night (after fees) to stay here for 4 nights. I was excited for my family to enjoy the heated pool, yard, and game room and from the pictures and description, it sounded like it would be an awesome splurge for our family. Unfortunately upon arrival, the house did not feel like a splurge but rather run down in the details and not cozy. It had a musty and dank smell. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. You could tell they had remodeled but it still didn’t feel fresh or comfortable. We had the kind of feeling where you didn’t want to sit or touch much. All 5 of us felt similar which says a lot for kids to even complain about that. The game room really smelt & was run down. My kids didn’t want to play one game in there. (The rental prior to this they basically lived in the game room).The kids’ feet were black within minutes of walking around, not sure if it was from the dark painted stairs or what. The house did have some noticeable nice updates ie kitchen, floors & the main bathroom was nice, except for the mold. Overall the property just felt run down & dated overall. Not so much a problem in the cleaning but rather in the condition of the house. The cleaners came by to clean the pool on the second day which was nice but wish it would’ve been done prior to our reservation & was a surprise. Cleaners were very very nice but I think this is a flaw in the managing & should have been done before someone is in the backyard. We were very disappointed especially for the amount of money spent that we didn’t have a property where we felt like we could relax & kick back & enjoy the space.
