Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay! The only suggestion we have is upgrading the bed and pillows. The pillows were too soft and the bed wasn’t as comfortable as it could have been. Overall, the stay was AMAZING! Nice location. Very quiet. The staff was kind and helpful. We would definitely visit this location again. Thank you!

Great, newly modeled suites!

This stay was an absolute pleasure. It was a family trip. The rooms are so nice and spacious. There is a basketball court, grills, patio area, and a “heated pool”. The pool water was still cold so I don’t think that it was really heated but overall it was a great stay! The breakfast is great too, not just your average continental breakfast. 10/10 I will definitely be staying again.

Upon arrival the facility was very nice. The receptionist was very friendly. I checked in on a Friday. On Sunday I asked for someone to come empty the trash and bring more towels and washcloths. I was told to come get towels from the front desk and someone would be there to empty the trash however no one came. I woke up to use the restroom and there were roaches in the bathroom. (I have pictures and a video). I also attempted to empty the trash myself however there were roaches there as well!! I spoke to the receptionist about this and was supposed to be refunded one night stay. I see where the deposit has been refunded but not the one night stay. This facility is very nice however this experience with the cleanliness was horrible.

We stayed at the hotel for 8 days and its was wonderful. The hotel staff is top notch especially Sonya and Krystal. The breakfast every morning was very good with eggs, waffles, bagels, cereal, fruits and juice. They are also pet friendly we had our little dog with us. I really can't say enough about how happy we were with our stay at this hotel!!

Relaxing at PCB

As usual, this hotel ticks all the boxes for us. Wednesday social with drinks and snacks is a nice touch. The only complaint was the elevator was so far from our room.
