Great condo beautiful views

We have stayed at this condo multiple times and as always we love the location. It is very convenient to local restaurants and the traffic on this end of town is much better to get around. Loved the beach chair service and the beautiful beaches.

"Ok" stay

The condo was very spacious and had nice decorations/layout. But, the washer was covered in mold inside the silicone lining to the point you could smell it when the washer was opened, breaker kept going out in the smaller bedroom, floor was extremely dirty and the ceiling fan in the master bedroom did not work. For the price paid, I believe cleanliness was the least to expect.

Great view

The living area of the condo was great. The furniture was in good shape and a good fit for the room and the view. And the view was spectacular! Some of the appliances had issues, e.g. the ice and water dispenser of the refrigerator did not work and the instructions on the clothes dryer were too high to read. My husband and I both in our seventies, and the combination tub/showers need to be replaced. They must be original to the building and they looked old and not very clean. In addition, they were not very safe. The bathtubs were deep, and the tub had sliding glass doors which made it hard to get in and out of the shower. One of the tubs had a bar to help, and the other one did not. Not a good situation. The tubs themselves were not dirty. They just looked dirty and old.Also, the information was not very clear who to contact if issues or problems. We tried checking at the end of our stay to see if the condo is available for meet year and did not have any luck.

Great location!

Great property, on-site gym, large balcony, nice pools. Some items were missing such as a toaster and Keurig machine in the kitchen. The furniture on the balcony needs updated. The lounge chair was rusty. Other than these mentioned items it was great!

Everything was great. The only issues was that there was a problem with Nats everywhere from the time was got there through our entire stay. Other family members stayed in another unit and had the same problem. Another negative was that it was obvious that the floors had not been mopped.

Mattress in master so worn out you sunk down 10 inches, ice maker didn't work on refrigerator, dirty/grimy kitchen cookware, guest bathroom tub drain clogged, leaking facet, outdoor patio set rusted and in bad condition, no dish liquid, etc.

Fun in the Sunshine State

The overall stay was pleasant. The condo was clean and the location was good. The condo, even though nice, could use a bit of updating. The left sink faucet in the master bath leaked. The refrigerator ice maker doesn’t work properly. It kept getting hung up.

Beach Trip

So, we arrived just as Bike Week was ending, what an exciting event to see and hear! All was in readiness for us, the condo was clean, stocked with towels, linens and necessary paper stuffs for bath and kitchen, our thanks to the great staff! Pools and grounds are well kept. THE BEACH WAS HEAVENLY!

Security way too serious!

Condo was great but not fully cleaned. Hair left in shower. Horrible beds! The master bed completely sinks to the middle-felt like a 20 year old memory foam mattress. The guest bedroom was literally a thin mattress on a metal cot. I email The manager The first day, never a response. Pool closes at 10pm and you can’t even sit in the pool area after this time! For paying $2500, I expect a little more comfort and respect. Other than those issues, condo was decent, good location, but no thrills and way over priced.

The condo was big and roomy, but could use an update on paint new fixtures, furniture needs to be replaced in the living room it is worn. Upon on entering our room the door was unlocked and the keypad lock did not work the entire time we were there. we had to go back down to check in to get a key, The ladies working the front desk was very sweet and helpful. We emailed the property manager about the keypad and never even got a reply. The room smelled clean and for the most part it was the tub in the master was stained pretty bad and some of the furniture had been missed when cleaning. The overall outside property appeared to be clean and maintained. We loved the space in the condo, view and the large balcony and think with a little TLC this property could be an incredible place. Overall other than no reply from the property management about the door our stay was a good .

Great place to stay

Atmosphere was great , check in was a little irritating the door code didn’t work to open the door had to contact the office took a little while for them to get back so we could get a key they knew the code wasn’t working prior to check in but didn’t let us know beforehand . Overall great place will stay again
