Welcome to our vacation home in Panama City Beach (PCB), best known for its sugary white sand beaches and clear, emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Over six million visitors enjoy travelling here each year and make PCB, especially Front Beach road, a terrific tourists/pedestrian-friendly area.
Palazzo is a luxury, low-density (17 floors, 129 units), and well kept condominium located right on the beach on the West side of PCB. Therefore, its 220' beach front is far less crowded than most other condos here. Staying at Palazzo will make you feel more like home and definitely not just another hotel 's atmosphere.
Our unit is located on the sixth floor, a great spot for you to enjoy a close view of the beach's activities without sacrificing your peace and privacy. The condo has an open floor plan, 12 ft. ceilings, and tile floor throughout. The master room and family area have wall-to-wall and floor-to-ceiling sliding doors (made of tinted glass) open to a full size balcony to maximize the spectacular view of the gulf. Relax on one of the chairs on the balcony with a cup of coffee and watch the wildlife (fish, stingray, jellyfish) swimming in the crystal clear emerald water in a quiet early morning. Or, in the evenings, watch the beautiful beach horizon sun sets and as the moon rises.
Palazzo has a great location close to everything you need.
Winn Dixie Super Market (it has 'buy one get one free' deals every week and gives you credits to get discounted gasoline price at the nearby gas station) and CVS Pharmacy are just half a block across the street.
Super Target and Super Walmart stores are also nearby, located only a mile east of Palazzo at Pier Park (which also has numerous restaurants and department stores in walking distance).
Attractions such as Shell Island, Water Planet, Wonder Works, Ripley's Believe It or Not, Shipwreck Island, Gulf World Marine Park, Pirate's Island Adventure Golf, Zoo World, Race City, Aquatic Adventures, Camp Creek Golf Club, Hombre Golf Club, Serenity Spa, Panama City Beach Winery, Sea Breeze Winery, Saint Andrews State Park ...etc. are just minutes away.
One of the biggest attractions in the area is Pier Park, the best shopping and entertainment destination in the area only a mile from Palazzo. It offers a great variety of restaurants, bars, shops, and department stores as well as a touring train for kids, games, bungee jumping, and rock climbing walls. On occasion, 'Pier Park' has fireworks which can be viewed from our balcony. Your kids will love it!
We do our best to make your stay at our vacation home in Panama City Beach a pleasant experience and have you coming back for your beach vacation. Bring your flashlights (or use your phone light!) in case you want to walk along the sea shore at night. You might be able to find / catch / pickup some fishes, crabs, hermit crabs, and other small marine wildlife from the ocean/beach and to release them afterwards.
Self check in and check out are completely keyless entry and 24 / 7 access for your convenience. We can have you choose your own code for our unit's keyless entry. No worry about carrying a key while you are at the beach! We also reserved a set of two sun lounges and an umbrella on the beach for our guests as a daily complimentary service (a saving of up to $50.00/day ) from March 1st through October 31. Again, no hassle with beach set-up during your stay at our condo.
