Ocean Reef Beach-Front Condo, Huge Balcony, Free Beach Chairs, 3 Beds!

*** Two Free Beach Chairs are provided (Seasonally March 15 thru October 31). This includes 2 chaise loungers and 1 umbrella setup each day of your stay by the beach service company.

As soon as you walk in the door of #1505, you will notice the open floor plan. The kitchen is beautifully decorated with new lighting, wood cabinets, granite counters tops, and all the appliances you would expect in your own home including a new full size washer and dryer. The dining area will seat six comfortably and more at the counter.

The living area has an amazing view of the beach and opens to the balcony so you can smell the warm beach air and listen to the sounds of the water. Sport-watchers or movie-goers can sit back and take-in the scenes on the HD, 60-inch, flat screen, wall-mounted TV with surround-sound. If you must tend to business/work (though highly discouraged), connect to the wireless, high-speed internet, and use the living area’s desk equipped with a USB/laptop charging station and desktop lamp.

The master suite is accommodated with a king size bed, top of the line mattress, and comfortable linens. There is a ceiling fan and a 47-inch, wall mounted TV with DVD player for additional comfort. Each bedside stand is equipped with a USB charging station for cell phones and laptops. This master suite also has a large sliding glass window for viewing the Gulf of Mexico and sliding door which opens to the balcony. The private master bathroom has a tub/shower combo and luxurious bath linens.

The guest room is accommodated with two queen size beds, top of the line mattresses, luxurious linens, bed side table with USB charging station for cell phones and laptops, and a 32-inch, flat screen, wall-mounted TV with DVD player. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination and linens as well.

The balcony is among the largest in the area and is completely private. From here you can sit and relax, listen to the waves crashing, watch dolphins jumping, see birds flying, boaters sailing, and much more. You can also enjoy morning sunrises while sipping a cup of coffee, play some family board games during the day then sit back and enjoy the sunset over the beach.

Worrying about beach chairs and carrying essentials down to the beach…well don’t!! This condo is equipped with additional portable beach chairs and beach wagon for carrying to the beach. Awesome Condo

This condo was absolutely perfect. It was in a great location. Very convenient to everything. The condo was very clean and well kept. The views from this condo was amazing. My absolute favorite was the HUGE balcony. We definitely will stay here again and have already told all of our friends about it. While we were there they had a washer delivered and the delivery guys were in and out in no time. The property manager also gave us a courtesy call to let us know that they would be delivering the washer. As we were leaving the condo we ran into the lady that cleans the condo and she was very sweet. Overall A+ on this condo and we can’t wait to book it again! Thank you so much for your hospitality and my family enjoyed it.

Great location, very comfortable and clean condo with plenty of space. We loved sitting on the huge balcony and enjoying the view as well as the beach and pool. Host was very responsive. Would stay here again!

Perfect family vacation

The condo was perfect. It was very clean and comfortable. The balcony was fantastic. We enjoyed early mornings and evenings on it. The beach chairs and umbrella was so nice. And the cart along with the extra beach chairs, sand toys and inner tubes were a nice plus. I would strongly reccomend this condo to others and would rent it again.

Beautiful Condo - All you could ask for!

I love this property. It has all the necessities of home. The condo couldn't have been any better. Furniture is fresh, rooms are spacious, and there are plenty of kitchen necessities. There are also plenty of beach toys and chairs to use, in addition to the free weekly beach service! Within walking distance to many activities and restaurants. With that said, Panama City Beach is WAY to busy for me. I thought Destin had high traffic, but PCB is worse. And lots of younger adults/teens being loud, driving too fast. Fireworks going off either below or above us, late in the night.

We had such a great time at the condo! The balcony was amazing and we loved being able to look out into the ocean, we had a great view of the pool, and we could see both piers for the fireworks. We ate in most of our stay and ate out on the balcony. The only 2 things we didn’t like were the parking garage and the elevators. The 3 elevators get very busy (especially on the weekends) and the parking spots are a little tight, especially with an SUV. The condo was clean and we didn’t have any problems. We liked that there were 2 wagons in the condo to help with our luggage and take down to the beach. I would definitely stay there again!!!

AWESOME CONDO!!!

This is our fifth time staying at Ocean Reef condos but the first time in this condo. This condo is by far the BEST. It's beachy décor, comfy furniture, 15th floor, rental chairs on the beach, extra beach supplies in the condo, very clean..loved everything about it. The beach and pool areas are awesome also - very clean and a beautiful beach. We love being able to walk to the Runaway Island restaurant that is just a block down the street. We had a much needed relaxing vacation. The condo felt like home. We are hoping we'll be able to stay in the same condo next time we trek to Panama City Beach from Fishers, Indiana. I highly recommend this condo.

Beautiful Condo with exceptional Gulf views

My family enjoyed a week in this wonderful condo. The space had everything we needed including beach toys and a beach wagon. Beautifully decorated. Very modern and spacious. Laundry was excellent to do a few loads during the stay. Would recommend to anyone traveling to PCB.
