Our well stocked gulf-front condo on the east side of building is very charming and beautifully decorated. The unit has one bedroom, built-in bunk bed and your own private balcony for you to enjoy the breath-taking views of the emerald green water of the Gulf of Mexico and its spectacular sugar white sand beaches. Those unforgettable sunsets and incredible sunrises make your days complete. Being on the 11th floor, you get a spectacular view of the aquatic life in the gulf and your own privacy as well.

Our unit has a bedroom with a king size bed, 49" cable TV, phone and bathroom access through bedroom to bath. Along the hallway is the built-in bunk bed. The kitchen and living room area overlooks the Gulf of Mexico and is furnished with a queen-size sleeper sofa, 32' flat panel led HGTV with cable, DVD player

**THE UNIT HAS A FULL KITCHEN WITH REFRIGERATOR ELECTRIC RANGE, DISHWASHER, MICROWAVE,COMPLETE COOKWARE SET AND UTENSILS, COFFEE MAKER, BLENDER, TOASTER, SLOW COOKER (CROCK POT) AND MORE....

**A WASHER AND DRYER ARE ALSO INSIDE THE UNIT.

Emerald Beach Resort has the best location in Panama City Beach. It features a large gulf front swimming pool (heated during winter time) and hottub. Another 2 pools across street, one geared to kids with bucket dumps, and another hottub! located just a couple minute walk to Sharkeys for great food and drinks. It is also located 20 minute walk to Dan Russell Fishing Pier and Pier Park Shopping Center (restaurants, movie theatre department store, gift shops are and more...).

All monthly rentals will be charged $200 monthly utility fee and $190 cleaning fee.

CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES:
1. Please check out no later than 9:00 am (housekeeping starts at 9:00 am).
2. Load and start the dishwasher. USE ONLY DISHWASHER SOAP
3. Please wash the used bed linens and put in the dryer prior to departure.
4. Empty the fridge (discard food) and please take the trash out (trash chutes are
located both to the east and west of unit by elevators).
5. Remove used linens from main bed.
6. Remove used linens from sleeper sofa.
7. Remove used linens from bunk beds.
8. Please don’t forget to leave all the resort wrist bands (there will be a charge of
$10.00 for each unreturned resort/pool tags).
9. Please close the balcony sliding door and lock the front door.
