Great Location! Perfect for Family!

Our family had a wonderful extended weekend trip! The location is great, very convenient, and being on the 2nd floor is great because the elevator wait times can be a little tedious. We condo itself was fairly clean, we had to wash the sheets for the pull-out before using them but assumed the folks before us just put them away after use but luckily, the owner included laundry detergent so it wasn’t an issue! The layout was perfect for our family of 6 to sleep more than comfortably and the girls loved the bunk room! You MUST take the owners suggestion and visit Parlor Donuts, it’s literally the best!

Expensive disaster

Please avoid this place at all costs! DO NOT STAY HERE! The check in process was unprofessional, staff was rude as all get out. The room details were misleading so we didn't have enough room. The parking decks are not connected to the buildings so you are walking a mile in every direction. The place is huge and only have TWO elevators for 30 plus floors??? And the waits are ridiculous. Then on the next to last day our room lock stopped working and they WOULD NOT send maintenance to repair! WTH??? At this point i was done. This place was the pits. NEVER AGAIN!!!

First time to stay at lake town wharf

We had a issue with AC when we got there and I contacted the owner and he had someone put to us within a few hours definitely can not find that kind of costumer service anywhere now a days!!!

Family Vacation

Great place other than the long walk to our room and the service we got from lulus restaurant. The owners tried to blame my 2 year old and 8 year old of spitting off of our balcony. My 2 year old doesn’t even know how to spit, and my 8 year old would NEVER!! Not to mention, I was outside with them the whole 5 minutes we was outside. I’m Very disappointed they didn’t look further into who really did do it. The lulus restaurant server didn’t give any refills or even check on us after giving us the food. They also told our family jumping in the pool was not aloud when other days at the pools a great amount of other kids were jumping in and nothing was being said to them. It could be a 5 star stay, but I’m giving it a 2 maybe 3

Lakefront

Great location! Beautiful 2nd floor unit made it easy to get around the area. Unit has everything you need. The couch and king mattress needs replaced not because of being dirty but broken down due to wear. Overall great experience.

Family Vacation

The unit was nice and mostly clean. I felt it could use a really good deep cleaning. The location was busy but everything was generally quiet by 1030/11, we were never bothered by any noise at night after going to bed. The location of the unit was great, we never waited on an elevator which was great. We used the elevator in the parking garage to get to the pool on the 10th floor and waited for just a short period of time. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. Everything you could need is in walking distance. It is a bummer that you cannot have guest visit as we had friends down staying at another resort, but that is resort rules so we understood. My family would stay here again if in the area.

Wonderful Short Getaway

We enjoyed our stay. The facilties were accurately described. Don't forget your beach towels. Convenient walk to a lot of good restaurants. Check out Pineapple Willy's refill cup policy for the beach. We were not sure of the beach chair policy for the rental but no problem. We always pack our own. Hope to.come back again. Thank you for sharing.

Perfect condo for a quick getaway!

We had a great mini vacation. The condo was very clean, great location if you want to avoid the elevators. The owner was quick if we needed anything. We had a group of 6 and the condo was plenty big enough for everyone. The resort has several pools and a quick walk across the street to the beach. We didn’t even have to leave the property if we didn’t want to. Several places to eat and our favorite was Juan tacos. Last but not least the bed was so comfortable, we loved the mattress topper and even ordered the sheets for my bed at home. Will stay again if in the area.

GREAT PLACE FOR FAMILY!

The owners communication with us was A+. The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, the balcony was very spacious and my 4 year old REALLY ENJOYED THE NIGHTLY LIGHT SHOW! There are many pools here for when you just do not feel like getting full of sand. I would definitely stay here again.

Christmas Stay

My family decided to take on the beach for Christmas. Check in was super easy and Vitaly was very accessible and there when ever I needed him. The property was clean and everything was in place and in order. The view from the deck was awesome. I will definitely be back on my future travels to Panama.

Enjoyable stay

Our stay was very enjoyable. The condo was nicely decorated and was very comfortable, clean and bright. It was well supplied with everything we needed. We particularly enjoyed the nightly light show from the comfort of the balcony. The gym and surrounding pools and hot tub were an added bonus. We look forward to staying there again in the future.
