Newly renovated, and homey Panama City Beach Getaway! Perfect for your group of friends, or family. We are located right in the center of everything Panama City Beach is about!

Within 5 minutes of the closest public beach access, Ripley's Believe it or Not!, Zoo World, putt-putt courses, race tracks, slingshot, Pineapple Willy's, Newby's, Hammerhead Fred's, and more! 10 minutes to St. Andrews Park, most beautiful beach in Panama City! And for those last minute needs, or things you simply forgot - Dollar General is within 3 minutes, Walmart 5 minutes!

Enjoy our bright and open Living/Dining/Kitchen space while visiting with your friends and family. A half bath is available on the main floor so you don't have to trek upstairs. Fully stocked kitchen so you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning, a margarita in the evening, or bake those birthday cupcakes! There are either 2 parking spots for small cars on the driveway or 1 large vehicle. We are an end unit, so street parking is also convenient if needed.

Large master bedroom with a private bathroom & large closet. Desk space for those of you with the luxury to work from anywhere; 2 additional bedrooms - 1 with a queen bed, the other with a 1 twin bunk bed, and 1 king bed. As well as a full bathroom with tub and shower for those rooms to share. Upstairs laundry available for washing your beachwear. There is plenty of space for your party to spread out. We'd love to have you!

Great Stay

This property was ideal for our last-minute Spring Break getaway. It's conveniently located just a few blocks from the beach, just as advertised. The cleanliness was impressive, and we encountered no issues during our stay. The kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils, making it perfect for families looking to enjoy home-cooked meals together. Highly recommended!

Great location

The place is very centrally located... easy to get just about anywhere in PCB. You even get a frog concert nightly.. I'm case you wonder what the sound is like we did. The host is very responsive and helpful with recommendations. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your home.
