Friendly approachable staff, they need more space for breakfast eating space on a holiday. The rooms are big. The washroom should have more hanging space, a couple of more coat hooks. The pool is a good height of 4'6" max and fitness center is clean, towels used to run out need some management on that.

Good hotel to stay

This is our second time we stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable, customer service very good, quickly check in and check out. Breakfast was delicious. They always has water and coffee available at the lobby and the locations is very good as well.

We got a room that was supposed to sleep 6 people and when we went to open the pull out on the couch to get ready for bed it was full of hair and what looked to be dry blood or something of that nature also the lamp shade was broken when we walked in the room it was dusty we are just very very disappointed!! We paid 300 dollars for 1 night and from what front desk told us was tbat they didnt have a house keeping crew so i would really like to speak to someone about how this could be made right i always choose holiday inn but as of now i am thinking when my family does go on vaction again we should consider other hotels

Friendly front desk staff member at check in. Room is definitely dated, but nice nonetheless. Outets with no usb is definitely inconvenient and perhaps a charging block can be offered. Cleaning staff should always top up conditioner regardless if it shows a little in the bottle. It doesn’t pump out and you can’t lift the bottle to help
