"Absolutely beautiful property. I wish they had parking available but a lot is conveniently next door. Also wish we hadn’t been there during the preparation for Jazz Fest which blocked the view of the lake and promenade a bit but that was just our timing and certainly not the hotels fault."

My only downside was the jazz festival. After booking we were pre warned that there maybe noise disturbances from the set up which was fine ..."

Shower was a bit treacherous to enter and exit via the bathtub. Staff were excellent. A few notes for travelers... there is no pool on the property. Gym is very small and very warm. If you book during the jazz festival, music will keep you awake until 2:00 on the weekend and midnight during the weekdays."
