Bright, Clean, Welcoming, and Beautiful!

Pros: It has a simple elegance that allows you to savor the moment and the setting in pleasant atmosphere.
Cons: Some, though not all, of the restaurant staff were a bit standoffish. The Chef was a delightful person who invited me into the restaurant.
Location: Great central location and plenty of activities to do, like riding the train up the mountain with a free ticket provided by the Hotel!
The Desk Person's, especially Carolyne, were professional, friendly and helpful.
