On the first floor, you will enjoy an oversized great room where the family can enjoy precious moments. The great room opens out not only to a large dining area with seating for 20 people but also to your custom kitchen, where the cooking enthusiasts of the family may prepare some fantastic home-cooked meals during your vacation. This open concept area will serve as the perfect space. From the kitchen, turn to the den area to relax and unwind with comfortable seating for 20.

Slide open your patio doors onto your own private lanai, where you will find plenty of seating and an outdoor kitchen area. The pool terrace is truly amazing with an oversized paved area surrounding your private 50 ft x 30 ft. South-facing pool and oversized spa with plenty of sun loungers, tables, and chairs. For those seeking more backyard entertainment, be sure to take advantage of the newly added putting green and tiki bar, complete with speakers. Enjoy fun-filled days in the sun, or twilight evenings splashing around and simply enjoying the bliss of this amazing home.

Upon the first floor, you will find one grand master suite, two master suites, and one suite, all with their own ensuite bathroom. • The rental agreement will be sent once the booking is made and must be completed within 48 hours to avoid potential cancellation
• Pool and spa heating is available at an additional cost, with varying rates by property.

• By state law, occupancy of property must not be exceeded
• 20% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking
• Final payment due 60 days before your arrival
• 13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)
• One-time cleaning fee required for all stays

• Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Prepaid cards are not accepted.
