Showed up and my reservation was deleted….. they said there was nothing they could do even though I had a screenshot of my confirmation number and on the Disney app itself I had a confirmation.. they charged me full rate card because I had to have a place for my family to stay that night. I felt like the mouse turned into a rat and I got ripped off.
