Very rude staff, screaming running jumping kids in over full pool with multiple exploded dirty baby diapers in pool and hot tub, room shower flooded bathroom from cracked tub, couldn’t get extra towels from hotel. Given 1 food card during check in only good for 1 person but checked in for 4 people, had to have food card to even go to breakfast.

I didn’t like that there was not a public restroom on the main floor. While swimming we had to go all the way back to the room just to use the restroom. Over all it was a present stay and the staff was very helpful and pleasant. I would stay in this establishment again.

This is now my favorite hotel here in OKC. All of the staff are nice and helpful, and they know how to joke around. Housekeeping is clean and they all have lunch together like a family, with the rest of staff members. Our was very nice, quiet. And the morning breakfast was all things that most people have in their own kitchen. It's like being at a home away from your own. This hotel made our stay great and very comfortable. Thank you very much for everything

The only thing negative I could say about it is that the hallway on the second floor was exceedingly warm, probably about 85°. Even though it was probably in the twenties outside. Other than that a superbly, well run Hotel!

The customer service was not the best. I would ask something and it just seemed like they had an attitude. My toilet keep having problems had to call 3 times. Was told by manager we should not have gotten one of the room. The internet was bad.
