Improved over the last decade but more needed

The music late at night when no one was using the pool area was inappropriate. No curtains to black out the intensely bright pool area lighting. No maid service the second day meant no fresh bath linens. Great desk staff but still plenty of room for improvement.

They were blasting music at the pool until about 5am... so I got no sleep whatsoever. The paint was peeling off the ceiling in the bathroom, and there were no curtains, just blinds which did not block out the light.
