I was traveling alone and looked specifically for a hotel that had a restaurant/bar inside so once I got there from work I wouldn't have to venture out alone. Well after they checked me in and charged me they informed me that neither their restaurant or bar are open although their website specifically says they are. When I voiced my frustrations, he said well it isn't my fault. Which I get but they should not be allowed to advertise that they have a restaurant and bar when they in fact don't! In addition to that, my first night of two someone knocked on my door and jiggled my door handle. Sure it could have been another guest confused as to where their room was but when traveling alone it left me feeling less than safe.

My wife and I got stranded in Oklahoma City during a snow storm, but we were very fortunate to have a nice hotel to stay in. This hotel was fantastic, with amenities such as total blackout shades, and white noise sound machines, etc. with free washers and dryers for your clothes. The staff is exceedingly friendly. Very blessed to have stayed here during the storm.

The 1st time we stayed there it was nice and quiet. This time it was very loud. People running around slamming doors. All night long. Housekeeping was up and down the hall slamming doors. It was all night. There was never anyone at the breakfast buffet to make sure things ran smoothly. Dishes piled up. In the corner and no tables ever wiped down. No one ever at the front desk when we needed something. Our room was the owners premium suite on the 4th floor. This was not a good stay, and this was during the week not on a weekend. It was bad. Very bad.
