I was traveling alone and looked specifically for a hotel that had a restaurant/bar inside so once I got there from work I wouldn't have to venture out alone. Well after they checked me in and charged me they informed me that neither their restaurant or bar are open although their website specifically says they are. When I voiced my frustrations, he said well it isn't my fault. Which I get but they should not be allowed to advertise that they have a restaurant and bar when they in fact don't! In addition to that, my first night of two someone knocked on my door and jiggled my door handle. Sure it could have been another guest confused as to where their room was but when traveling alone it left me feeling less than safe.

Loved this place the minute I walked in the door! Very clean with well-appointed decor & amenities. But what really stands out is the STAFF!! They could not have been nicer to me & my mother! I left to go to Dallas for a couple of days. While I was gone, my mom got sick & they whole team took care of her just like they would have their own mother! Special thanks to Jeremy, Kasey, Gemma, Dav & last but not least their fearless leader Michael, the GM. We will always stay at the Winslow in OKC & you should too!!

This presents as a brand new hotel. Very clean. Sharp. Modern. Full breakfast with egg and cheese omelets, crispy bacon, potatoes, waffles, or cold cereal if preferred. Variety of breads and the coffee was GOOD. Not your normal hotel coffee. All for $100/night. Conveniently located between 44 and 40 as we head southwest. Staff were friendly and helpful / seemed glad we were there. We certainly were.

Originally I reserved a studio king room. I usually reserve a owners suite. I was disappointed in my choice, although the hotel couldn't upgrade me to the owners suite for the week, they upgraded me to a work suite which is very nice as well. So very appreciated.

I loved everything about this stay. The hotel is very clean, the staff were super friendly, the breakfast was above any stay I can remember at other hotels, and I wish I had more time to stay and enjoy the amenities! Also, it smells sooo good in here! Lol no problems at all. 10/10.

I want so badly to leave five stars. However, not sleeping had a huge impact in my decision to not do so. Hotel seems like it’s in a safe area. There is QT gas station within walking distance, a ChickFilA and a McDonalds all within steps of the hotel. Parking lot was lit up. The staff was super friendly! The hotel is classy, smart and well styled. Breakfast was superb. The lady serving the breakfast was sweet and concerned about everyone. The room was very clean, bedding was clean and oh, so comfortable! Pillows were even comfortable. We stayed on the first floor and shades were provided to black out the room which was very much appreciated. The acoustics of the room is why I can’t do a five star rating. Room 125 is at the end of the hallway, right beside the door leading outside as well as the door to the stairwell. If anyone went outside, the door would slam shut. It would wake the dead from sleeping should they need rest. The hotel is also located near a very long bridge. Each time a semi or a loud vehicle went over the bridge, you would hear it for 5-10 seconds. Although a sound machine was provided, thank goodness, even at a high volume, it could not dilute the sounds of the highway or the door. Perhaps, leaving earplugs in the rooms would be a good move as well. Outside of the noise, this hotel is top notch and deserves a five star rating.

Very friendly staff. They permitted an early check in when we arrived to town unexpectedly early. They genuinely welcomed our two tiny dogs and offered bowls for their food. The breakfast was fantastic and everyone we encountered went out of their way to provide us everything we needed and more. We will be back.

The staff was great, however our vanity light in our room was not working, the shower didn’t get even remotely hot, as they have something blocking the handle from turning hot water on entirely, and outlets weren’t working. Very disappointing.
