No hot water in showers, no room service at all. Parking is two blocks away. The elevator is the slowest in the world. Having said that, rooms were clean, front desk staff was nice.

Was not the room I booked online. The TV was an issue. Had it changed out on Thursday evening for the Eagles game. Also the door was an issue. Had to kind of slam a bit to get it to close. The shower was actually not that strong/powerful. Was in room 302.

We found hair in our bed and on bathroom floor. On the day we did not have our do not disturb sign on door, they just put towels on our unmade bed. Pool area didn’t look like it was maintained very well. Despite these issues we had a great time. The location was great. I may have read it wrong but I thought we would definitely have free parking on site and we didn’t.

Terrible Experience – Never Again This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The refrigerator was so loud it kept me up all night. The hotel advertised a “side ocean view,” but there was absolutely no ocean view at all — completely misleading. Parking was a nightmare. There was nowhere to load or unload luggage, and the actual parking was several streets away. Totally unacceptable. On top of all that, the room was tiny and ridiculously overpriced given all these issues. I left feeling frustrated and cheated. I will never stay here again, and I strongly advise others to avoid this place.

Windows for the room would be nice. Floors needed vacuuming more. No daily service for bed change/ vacuuming as needed. The refrigerator ‘s side located next to the stove needed to be scrubbed off grease - looked very dirty on one side. Besides, no pots and pans &dishes/ kitchen tools were provided for so called good size of kitchen(full sizes of refrigerator / microwave and stove were provided ). Any rooms should have built in a few racks so we could hang up our clothes . Not enough bars inside the bathroom for hanging new towels .

Overall the stay was great for our three night nights,I would definitely recommend staying here.however,an upgrade to the elevator should be mandatory because it is extremely slow.but other than than those minor factors,I would definitely recommend the Monte Carlo as an amazing place to stay.

We booked a room with a kitchen so we could cook in some because I have Celiac disease. Once we got to the room there was no cooking equipment plates or anything else. They said because of Covid they took all of it away. If I would have known I never would’ve booked it.

The property is in a good location but the downfall is that they don’t have parking close to the hotel. If you can’t find parking along the side of the hotel you have to go across the street then walk over to the hotel. The indoor pool was nice along with the hot tub. The room that we stayed in the door kept getting stuck so it would scrap the metal to the floor and make a loud noise. I requested to change rooms but was never able to change the room. I was told that the manager on duty was going to contact me the next day but never received a call so I went to the front desk to ask about a room reassignment and they told me they are fully booked after I was told I would be switching rooms. I would stay again because of the location and the surrounding area. Just needs a little bit of improvement.

The ladies at check-in were awesome! We were so late, getting in due to a work conflict and they were so accommodating. Throughout the entire stay, each of them were happy to greet us with a smile and assisted us with parking accommodations. Even assisted with extending our stay. Definitely would recommend this hotel.

The Wi-Fi don’t work the elevator take forever to come, and it’s only one elevator when I got to my room. There was a big convenience machine right in front of it. When we went to the pool there was no towels all the side doors. The safety locks didn’t work. It felt very unsafe.
