Perfect Location, Great Hotel! Will stay here again. We had a direct oceanfront room. The rooms were huge as well as the balcony! Very clean hotel. Restaurants, 24hr coffee shop, ice cream shop, convenience store, etc all at the hotel. Located directly on the boardwalk, but away from the hustle and bustle of all the noise.

The hotel is designed to maximize the number of rooms with an ocean view. We enjoyed the view. But one complaint about the balconies. The barriers between balconies are completely open so no privacy. Other than that, very pleased with the property; will come again.

This place was just okay, considering the price is cheap. Just don't go to any of the restaurants inside the hotel. The staff doesn't acknowledge your even there unless you walk straight up to them. They hit you with a daily parking fee as soon as you check in. Everyone on the staff looks miserable which really brightens up the place...

This hotel location is ideal, but the property is outdated for sure. Our refrigerator was broken and we couldn't shut the bathroom door. They did get someone quickly to replace the refrigerator and fix the door. Housekeeping was wonderful. But the property needs some TLC. Also the hairdryer is nothing special, you should bring your own. I struggled to get my long hair dried with it. I would go again based on location, the pools etc. But would love to see the hotel upgraded a bit.

This was our first time staying here and we will definitely stay again. If I had one complaint, it would be the bathroom. It was very small and the the shower water pressure is not great but I would still stay here again. Very clean and lots of amenities.

The Lobby upholstered furniture was very shabby. Upholstered furniture in guest rooms also needs to be updated. The staff at the desk and in the restaurant were extremely professional and helpful. Sadly this beautiful hotel that we have stayed at over the last 10 years has become somewhat shabby. The view is exceptional !

Room was not as advertised. Description stated that the room had king, queen and sleep sofa. Upon arrival, the sleep sofa was missing. I was told updates to the hotel rooms eliminated the sleep sofa's. Interestingly enough the rooms don’t seem that updated. I was told “sorry” by the staff and we used an inflatable mattress to accommodate one person in our party. Seems pretty critical to update rooms and bed counts online. That way people don’t drive hours only to find out they don’t have a bed. Location is great and the hotel does offer convenient amenities. But that doesn’t excuse not having the beds you claim.
