Travelocity portrayed this property to be luxorious & high end & it was neither. It was ok on the cleanliness, but the staff seemed super overwhelmed. We had to ask several times for towels. Our view was great! And having access to the beach was awesome. But I was expecting a much bigger pool w/a swim up bar & that's definitely not what I got.

This is a great place to stay especially with children. There are many activities both indoors and out. Even though it rained there were still many things to keep my kids occupied. They particularly loved the ice skating and arcade.

Left a personal pillow behind, called at 3:45 pm and was told by the front desk that Lost/Found was gone for the day and i had to leave a voice mail. You'd think the Front Desk could handle this. Left a message, never heard back.

It would of been nice if the pools was open a little later than 8pm during the week. The outside pool must of took a code which we didn't receive. We tried our room number didn't work so another parton let us in. The view of the Ocean was great, listened to live music right from our balcony.

This was our first time staying here and we loved all the activities that they have for the kids! The one thing we wish was different was that the bistro would open earlier so we could get coffee before going down to the ocean. The bistro was also out of a lot of food every day that we went to get something this week, even though it was on their menu… one of the afternoons, we wanted a milkshake and chicken tenders. We were told that they don’t make milkshakes and that if we wanted chicken we had to go into the restaurant to order them. We also were denied soft pretzels and nachos. All of which are on their menu.

This was the first time we stayed at The Carousel. I will stay again. The food at the restaurants on-site was very good, the carryout service was pretty quick. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It was fairly quiet as well, check-in was quick and easy. The only real issue I had was the entry door to our room. There were huge gaps the whole way around the door and the hall lighting shined through all night, making it difficult to sleep for someone who needs it to be very dark. Overall, we had a great time and will stay again.

This place is very dated. Everything just feels and looks old. The rooms are feel like a motel not hotel. Mattress are the worst I've ever had. Hard as a rock no support. Bathroom very small and dirty. Ceiling was hanging down and water stains. Staff was friendly. Bars closed abruptly both nights with no warning at 10pm.

Hot tub crowded with unsupervised children and teens. Young teen girls playing with basketball with adult in atrium from bottom level back in forth from the 2nd and third level. After midnight birthday celebration in Atrium. This visit was a circus of no-no’s. Things that your signs stated were not permitted were allowed while staff was present. One inch gap in door made conversations in hallways seem like they were in your room. What’s going on with your wonderful hotel/condo?
