Ok for the money. Out dated. Smelled like icky incense. I really can't say much because you get what you pay for. It is not a five star all exclusive. It's just ok. The shuttle was not on time at all. We got there for the 11:00 pick up at 10:50pm at the Pequot tower and we saw the Belissamo limo come and go twice. She finally showed up at 11:40pm. Yeah, not a great experience. But, I did pay less than 150.
