Very clean room, breakfast area and lobby. Breakfast was constantly refilled and tidied. Wish there were other flavors of yogurt or some cut fruit but overall a good spread. Shuttle was on time and super.convenient with a lovely driver.

Our family of 1 adult and 1 wheelchair using elderly adult stayed in the accessible King bed room. This was one of the better accessable rooms we've stayed in. The bathroom has grab bars by the toilet and a nice wide shower with only an inch or two above floor level. The shower has a wide bench and a stationary shower head and a lower set shower wand. The staff was amazing! They often helped us without me needing to ask. They were very accommodating to requests.

This is a bit of a difficult review. So I going to do a pro/con approach. Pros - my room was very clean, the jetted tub was large enough for two and was also very clean. Had a nice sized refrigerator, the bed was comfortable, nice to have a complimentary breakfast, person overseeing breakfast was very helpful. Coke and Pepsi machines, snack machine in lobby. priced fairly for “motel” accommodations Cons- parking lot is cratered, hotel has a dated look, woman at evening check in was terribly rude to ny wife. Front counter mostly unattended. Front desk calls unanswered. No thermostat, old type under window heater that was loud and needed adjustment. The breakfast was very limited. Did have waffles and breads (stale) Coffee was instant from a machine, no orange juice, watered down cranberry and lemonade. Relatively quiet, and great proximity to Foxwoods. 2 Dunkin Donuts within 5 minutes. Would I stay again????
