"A beautiful hotel with excellent service from start to finish. Our room was ready upon our noon arrival, which was a wonderful and much-appreciated surprise. We were able to change into our bathing suits right away and take a pleasant, short walk to the beach. The beach bathrooms were also very clean and well maintained. Beach service was excellent—chairs were set up for us, sunscreen was provided, and the staff was attentive and friendly, making the entire experience effortless and relaxing. The hotel staff truly stood out with their attention to detail and genuine hospitality, which made our stay feel special. We also enjoyed the delicious miso soup at Milkberry restaurant. An added bonus is that the hotel is right next door to its sister property, Kimpton Seafire Resort + Spa, where the popular Library by the Sea bar is located. Having easy access to that experience was something we really enjoyed. One small suggestion for improvement: the in-room safe was located on the top shelf inside the closet, which was difficult to reach. At 5’1”, it was a bit of a struggle, and a lower placement would be much more convenient. "

"The breakfast & staff in the dining room were excellent! Food was very good & everyone was so friendly! Great location - walkable to many things & SO easy to use public transport if needed! The desk will also call you a taxi if you prefer. Room was clean & had everything you need! Some things are getting ready to need some upkeep (paint, area rug) but overall very good! Only thing is because it is on a main road, if you are a light sleeper, bring a noise machine to block out traffic noise - noise to be expected given the location, just a recommendation."
