Dear George, Thank you for taking the time to submit your comments about your recent stay. We appreciate your generous comments about our attentive staff and good service. We do understand that the current state of the coastline in front of our resort is less than ideal. Please know that we are working diligently with the local government and environmentalists to find a sustainable solution. In the meantime, we offer access to our private beach located 10 minutes away, complete with food and beverage options too to ensure a pleasant beach experience. The shuttle runs every half hour. I have also spoken with the front desk, marketing department, and reservations about increasing our communication around the beach to maintain full transparency with our guests. Thank you again for your comments and I do hope to see you back at our resort soon.
