We were so sorry to learn that even though our beautiful location along Seven Mile Beach and the delicious cuisine at our restaurants impressed, we missed several opportunities to provide you with an authentic Westin experience. It's disappointing and a surprise to hear that your stay failed to meet your expectations. While groups do sometimes visit, our staff works very hard to ensure each guest enjoys a relaxing experience, and I regret that we were unable to offer you this. I also apologize if the benefits of our resort fee, like Stand-Up Paddleboard, Beach Yoga, use of the sauna, hot tub, and steam room, many activities for kids, Beach Ambassadors and so much more was not effectively communicated to you and I will pass your comments along to the supervisors who can ensure improvements are made.
