"Alex greeted us at reception he was extremely polite, helpful and friendly nothing was too much trouble. The room was lovely and surpassed our expectations. Location was superb to M4. Food in hotel was good and the seating area was cosy.(we weren’t aware that their parking was £3 per night however this didn’t detract us from our stay) Absolutely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay."

"Nice comfy room with fridge, I was very kindly moved at my request to a room with a bath tub (thank you!). Bed comfy too. Breakfast was plentiful, had lots of choice to suit all palates. The only thing I would say is that cold counter could be better placed against one of the walls as it blocks access to the bakery, toasters and juice station, and everyone is scuttling around it! Otherwise couldn’t fault the breakfast. Hotel is perfectly placed to access everything Bristol centre, bar street and the harbour has to offer. We’ve stayed numerous times and will return for sure. Tip: Parking at the multi-storey of the hotel is £17 a night if a resident at the hotel. "
