"Clean rooms with all you could need - iron, kettle, coffee machine, tea, coffee, biscuits etc. Loved the smell of the body wash / shampoo and loved that the hotel provides actual conditioner as well (many don't!). Would highly recommend. Only negative I could provide is that the doors bang quite a bit (we were on the top floor) so if you're a light sleeper I can imagine that would keep you awake in the morning / late night when people are coming and going."

"Room was very clean and a good size. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Room service menu is varied especially for kids. The hotel has some character about it and is a picture postcard but internally it could do with some modernisation for example air conditioning in the rooms of which ours was pretty hot and humid even with window open. That said, the beds were so comfortable and the breakfast was amazing. All in all, a very good hotel and stay."

"Perfect place to stay for our daughter's graduation. Great location and only 20 minutes in to Bristol. Lovely to be welcomed with some treats for our stay. Weather was great so made the most of the garden and hot tub. Would definitely recommend."
