Hotel Playa Mazatlan
Bands are overwhelming, shouldn’t be allowed to use speakers…it’s loud enough without amplifying the music. Was difficult to get specific house keeping items without multiple trips to the front desk.

Hotel Riu Emerald Bay - All Inclusive
The room we had was in the tower. Bed was a little harder than what I’m used to. However the room was still nice facing the ocean. I would go back to this property but I would ask for a room in the new building

From check in to departure, I was treated with respect by all. Hotel is a bit outdated, but never hampered my stay. Only request would be for an earlier serving of coffee for us early risers. Perhaps 6:00-am
