Elevator had been broken for two weeks with apparently no fix in sight. The hotel has four floors. We had to change our room type so we could stay on the first floor. I asked for a discount but they offered none.

"Gorgeous property. Our room was beautifully appointed, and the bathroom was simply stunning. Loved all the marble, the walk in shower and the deep, stand alone tub. The breakfast was wonderful too -- and completely unexpected. Such luscious fresh fruit and a wide selection of other dainties! We will definitely be back! "
