Very comfortable and clean home. It fulfilled our mission of being able to walk to the Jazz Fest and we are ages 69 and 73. Couches and our bed was comfortable. Lots of towels available along with washer/dryer. Not noted on the listing is that the home is behind the main house and in a locked gated area. The parking was off-street and right at the gate.

The host, Max, was very welcoming and easy to chat with. I appreciated his informal demeanor, that made it easy to contact and chat with. He was available for all question we had and took care of the one issue we had (needed more bath cloths and bed sheets). The property was PERFECT for what we needed. Very clean and neat, not too far from French Quarters. I would absolutely consider this property for future stays in New Orleans!

The property was warm and inviting, just as shown in the photos and described. The rooms were spacious, the beds were very comfortable, and everything was clean and well-equipped with all the listed amenities. The front yard was very large. The host was also super responsive. Honestly it was homie ,but I wasn’t expecting a guest house, the outside furniture cushions should be replaced and I would’ve enjoyed it more as I am an outside person but overall Max was great the beds were super comfortable the house was clean and I appreciate him for letting us stay in his guest house

We had a lovely stay at this property. The host was very welcoming and accommodating. It was easy to access and it’s very close to the interstate which makes it easy to get everywhere. Everything functioned perfectly and we felt very comfortable! The only downside was there was only one mirror which made it a little hard when we were trying to get ready to go out. Overall 10/10, I would definitely recommend!

Everything was really good! There was a minor issue with the AC not working properly for a night but Max had rectified the matter quickly the following morning. That's the only reason my rating was 4 stars. However, it really should be 4.5 stars if I could. Overall, a very enjoyable experience for my partner and his cousin!

Funky Fine

This was a cozy spot for us to break up our trip from Texas to Florida, and it was super cozy and cute. It was clean and comfortable, and Max replied quickly to my questions. We would like to have had a little more secure parking, but our cars were off the street which was good.
