My family and I absolutely loved staying at the “Lazy C”. The home was roomy, clean, comfortable and cozy, well equipped with everything we wanted/needed, and well situated just minutes from downtown Franklin. The neighborhood and surrounding area was quiet, beautiful, and very family-friendly. Our youngest who is only 8 loved playing outside in the backyard.

Joyce (the host) did a great job with making her place ready for our girls trip to Franklin. The rooms and amenities worked out great. Anything that might need a little explanation had a nearby label with instructions. Unlike some rentals that either appear as someone's lived in home with full closets and cabinets or others that are barren, this house was more suitability equipped for guests to make it a home away from home. This house is situated in a nice neighborhood. I (and the girls) definitely recommend this property.

This home is a gem! Great location, spacious, very clean, and supplied with everything we needed and more. Appreciated the creamer, coffee pods, sweetener and sodas provided so we didn't have to do an immediate grocery run. The backyard was spacious and private. We enjoyed the covered seating area with table and chairs. Would stay here again.

We had a great Girls Trip at this property. It was conveniently located and set in a peaceful neighborhood. The house was clean and the host added lots of little details that made us feel welcome. The backyard was a beautiful place to hang out especially around the fire pit on a cool night.

The house is very clean and is in a GREAT neighborhood. Every house on the street is neat and clean. The house has been updated with new flooring and neat decor. It is about 2 miles from downtown Franklin and about a mile from the interstate. When we come back to Franklin, we will try to stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home in Franklin. The neighborhood was peaceful and surrounded by vibrant greenery, which made for such a relaxing atmosphere. Great location-great home

This house was wonderful! It was clean. It was nicely updated. The rooms were very spacious! The kitchen was well stocked and lots of added perks left for us to use (how did they know I love diet Dr Pepper?!) They only thing we wished for (because it was hot outside) ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Thanks lazy-C for making our Nashville vacation just what we needed!

Best stay in Franklin

This was my 4th year staying in Franklin for a conference and this stay set the bar for all other stays. The hosts were responsive and so kind. There were snacks, coffee, and local recommendations for us when we arrived. The beds were very comfortable. The location is quiet and convenient.
