We were very disappointed with our stay. The home was not clean on arrival, with visible dust and dirt throughout, and one of the children’s beds even had a bug on it. Because the bedrooms were in such poor condition, we had to buy an air mattress and move the kids into the living room, only to find the pull-out couch was heavily stained and unusable as well.There were also several safety and comfort issues, including loose bathroom tiles, a broken living room window that would not fully close, and a house that was extremely hot when we arrived and took hours to cool down. To make matters worse, communication was poor and the host interaction was rude and unhelpful when we tried to get support.Overall, this stay fell far short of what was advertised and was not acceptable for a family stay. I would not recommend this property to others.
