Family gatherings, corporate retreats, reunions, getaway with friends, you name it, this luxury 4 bedroom and 4 bathroom home has an open floor plan and can easily accommodate any sized group! The living room, dining room and kitchen are fully equipped to give you all the comforts of home! Our home has it all and is beautifully decorated with designer touches. You'll enjoy an inviting living room and a complete kitchen with a full set of appliances. If you're planning some home cooked meals, our space is perfect!

The beds are luxurious and comfy and bathrooms have state of the art finishes. There is also Wi-Fi, a television equipped with Netflix, complimentary coffee, and not to mention, a rooftop deck!

Enjoy your meals in the spacious dining area or chill and watch some TV in the living room! On a quiet afternoon, unwind at the deck with your loved ones and get a fantastic view, and at the end of a lively night or a long day, top it off by relaxing on one of the memory foam beds that's suited to give you the best sleep! Intentionally designed to suit any occasion, this house is perfect for your stay in Nashville and can accommodate up to 12 guests comfortably.
To Note:
- Parking: Parking space for 1 vehicle on the parking pad, plus street parking.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 21.
- We love our furry friends, and they need a vacation too! We allow dogs that is under 30 lbs and non- shedding (up to 2 dogs). If your pup fits that criteria, we'd love for you to bring them along. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $150 will be added to your reservation. Thank you for understanding!
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi. Property was beautiful and well appointed. Rooms were very comfortable. Rooftop patio was awesome! The host was very communicative and check-in/out was simple. When I booked I thought this was a duplex with shared rooftop, but it was actually the whole house with private rooftop patio. Lots of outdoor space for our dog (as well as Urban Dog Bar a short drive away!). Quick ubers to Broadway!

This was a lovely home and was absolutely perfect for my daughter's 21st birthday celebration. It was immaculate and had a very easy check in. The hosts were quick to answer any of my needs and were extremely responsive. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The decor was beautiful. Great Nashville getaway house

The house was very spacious and up to date. Very easy to travel downtown and around Nashville from. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had all needed utensils and equipment. The only draw back was the ice maker didn't work, but there was a store around the corner we were able to buy ice at. The communication with the property management was great. Would highly recommend and would use again in the future.

COUPLE BUMPS IN THE ROAD

HOT WATER HEATER STOPPED WORKING THE NEXT MORNING, OWNER SENT SOMEONE OVER WITHIN AN HOUR, 9 WOMEN IN ONE HOUSE AND NO HOT WATER MADE FOR A ROUGH MORNING. NOT ENOUGH TOILET PAPER HAD TO GO OUT AND BUY SOME, ALSO HALF ROLL OF PAPER TOWELS HAD TO BUY MORE OF THOSE TOO.

We really enjoyed our stay. I would have liked to stay closer to downtown. I know that you are used to renting to a younger group. The stairs outside did not have handrails, which would have really helped 2 of our group. The rug in the living room was very slippery.Plenty of towels and beds were very comfortable.

Nice home in a good location!

Overall very satisfactory. Could use some stem wine glasses, better pots and pans for cooking, shelves in showers, side tables in living room. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of room for our adult party of 8. I would recommend.

We loved Nashville and the Rockin' Retreat!

My friends and I spent a long weekend in Nashville and really enjoyed staying at this home. It was clean and comfortable, and the quiet neighborhood was a quick Uber ride from all the Nashville attractions (we never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a driver, which was also nice). Communication with the friendly host was also easy. Overall, it was a great experience and we all highly recommend this home for groups visiting Nashville.

Nashville for New Years!

We had a big group broken up between two houses. We had a blast. This nice home has lots of space that accommodated all of us and we enjoyed the rooftop fire pit. Great place to watch the fireworks. Host was super responsive and really nice. I had random questions before we came and they always responded really fast and were very helpful. Thank you!
