Great and attentive stay

It was great. Quick check in and out. Staff was courteous. If I had one, not so bad note, the “heated pool” was colder than expected, but the experience itself is highly recommendable.

We drove from Alabama for a funeral. On an already emotional day, They allowed us to check-in early to get dressed in our room. Forever grateful. Also, I use a wheelchair so space is a must. The room was spacious, soft impeccably made beds (could barely untuck the sheets, lol), clean bathroom with plenty of room for me to roll around without bumping into anything. We will be back!

The property was within 8 miles of Grand ole Opry and didn't cost a large amount of money to use Uber services. The location was mostly quiet except for hearing some planes as it was near airport. Room was very clean and great size. Beds comfortable. Needed to sell water and snacks though.

The overall look and interior and decorations were beautiful but as soon as you walk in your hit with the worst smell of propane gas. When we asked they made a joke of it like it's something with kitchen we've already been told about it. But it's so unpleasant. Then the lighting in the bedrooms SUCKKKKK. PLEASE FIX THAT

Pay the extra $ for somewhere else

The hotel was decent but not very clean. There was trash on the ground in your room, shower floors were very stained. The water took about 15-20 minutes to warm up. Our ac also clicked all night so we barely slept. We unfortunately won't be back.

The hotel was fantastic, lovely staff and great clean rooms, only thing that let me down was the restaurant was closed.. but the hotel is within a 5 min drive of some fast food places, so it wasnt a massive issue.

The property and the room were clean and newly renovated. However, there was a strong sulfur smell that suggests that there may be a natural gas or propane leak. Also, the toilet in my room was not operational and I had to be moved to a different room.

Very nice lobby, and good service, because our first room smelled smoky, but were given a second room, which was great. The beds are very comfortable and seemed new, wonderful. Bright bathroom and lots of room. Very close to the airport, short trip to return the rent a car, then brief walk to checkin/security.

The property has been cleaned up, but we found cockroaches in our room, overhead light was out, telephone didnt work, toilet was loose and toilet seat was not secured. DID like the heayed bathroom mirror that didnt fog up, Heat/AC was comfortable.
