We were so excited about our stay in Nashville at this beautifully advertised home, and we were disappointed in many ways upon arrival. The host was very communicative in his email with check-in instructions. We arrived at the location ready for a great experience, and we were immediately met with the parking instructions being inaccurate and the code to the door not working. -The check in instructions stated that we would have 2 parking spots available. One in the garage and one in the driveway. There was in fact no garage anymore as it had been closed in and converted to a strange storage/living space. There was also an ATV type vehicle parked in the driveway space. When we texted to ask about this since we were confused if we were in the right place, we were told, "Please just park on the street." -Many items in the kitchen were filthy. Including a cocktail shaker with leftover/sticky cocktail mix inside of it, many dirty glasses, pots and pans not washed properly.-The sheets in the middle 2nd floor bedroom were obviously not washed and slept on previously. There was hair all over them. Our friends had to lay blankets on to sleep the first night and washed sheets after for the rest of our stay. -Pool heater instructions did not work, and he sent a "house manager" to look at the pool and get it running. The man shared with us he had never seen the pool before, but lived 10 minutes away and came by to help. Obviously, not the house manager.
