Room was clean but the breakfast needs a lot of improvement! Most of the food items were running low or gone and nobody was around to refill. Only one waffle iron and one dear soul decided to make waffles for her entire family of 5 despite a line of people waiting.

Room was clean and facility seemed clean. Only 2 complaints I had was the bathtub drain was slow so shower water starts backing up as you shower which is kinda gross and breakfast although ok they ran out of eggs, bacon and waffle mix as people stood around having to wait for several minutes for them to be refilled.

Room was ok. Bed was hard and lumpy. Breakfast was blah, powdered scrambled eggs and the paper thin microwaved bacon was not good. Coffee was disgusting. Lemonade up front when you come in was yum! Room was clean, staff were friendly and tried to be accommodating. Would not stay again.

Hotel was centrally located for our needs and very quiet. The area it's in seems worn down and outdated, especially in comparison to the Gaylord. It is walkable to the Gaylord, which is nice. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom is quite small and the sink outside of the bathroom, so that can be disruptive to others still sleeping. We did see two piles of glass in the parking lot when we checked out, which we assumed were from car break-ins (though we cannot confirm). We enjoyed the local coffee shop in a nearby shopping center.

The king room I stayed in was very clean. The linen was neatly presented, and the bedding was made perfectly. Also the man at the front desk was very kind. I just wish there was more room for parking. Other than that this was an excellent stay!

We stayed here yearly. It is not super elaborate or modernized but it’s always been clean. The front desk is usually very weird employees but they’re nice and do the job necessary. Area is just off the interstate. No loud traffic or any inconvenience we ever experience. Bed is comfortable. Price is right for the value. The breakfast is not the best nor do they have a great coffee availability. The tea so decaf and regular black tea and is not branded. They have iced lemonade in the lobby and it’s very sweet but refreshing. Value is there for its price.

The room was great but the staff there is horrible. We booked the stay for 2 nights, check in on Friday and check out on Sunday. Sunday morning when we went to check out and got to our truck, it had a broken window on the passenger side and our personal belongings stolen. We was told that the night shift office personal saw the whole thing and never thought of calling our room to let us know what happened. There were other cars broken into at the comfort inn along with other hotels along music valley drive. After reporting this to the police, we asked for a trash bag to put on the door as a make shift window till we could get somewhere to make a better cover for our 4 hour ride home with no help from staff at the hotel. They all acted as we was the criminals in the situation with no help at all from staff or upper management. I advise you not to stay at this hotel if you care about your safety, vehicle and personal property.
