I loved everything about this hotel! From when I walked in to the time I left this place had everything I needed! In our rooms there were oil cleansing and moisturizer packets, disposable razors, shaving cream, hair ties, Q-tips, shower caps, hair brushes, all individually packed to use and take! Teas, coffee, and water to drink! There was a swimming pool, gymnasium, public bath, convenience store, and restaurant to access! Also the hotel rooms were spacious! If I get a chance to I would definitely stay here again and for longer!!

Front desk staff were rude.I remember being in next in line and they would take the men next behind me as if I was invisible and not assist me. My room key was taken out of my room to keep my light on while I stepped out really quick so they could clean. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel did a have a shuttle bus that would take you around to the station and airport. But it was hourly.

Good for overnight stay to catch early flight

A reasonable priced hotel to stay so that we could take an early flight from Narita Airport. Hotel offered free shuttle to airport and Narita town.

Great Service…But Needs Better Cleanliness

The hotel’s shuttle service was great—very convenient for getting to and from the airport. Having a Family Mart right in the building was also a huge plus, and both the food and hotel amenities were solid. The staff was polite and welcoming, and the breakfast buffet offered good variety at a reasonable price. However, the room itself was quite outdated and noticeably dusty. It felt like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in a while. Despite requesting a non-smoking room, there was a strong lingering smell of smoke, which was disappointing. My friend and I are both sensitive to tobacco irritants, and the smell triggered allergy-like symptoms for us. Overall, while the convenience and service were good, the cleanliness and room condition left much to be desired.

The pool hours are awkward.. 3pm to 8pm.. the room was very uncomfortable for two people. The staff was very friendly! The hotel though needs to adopt better dining hours and facility hours. Also the rooms were very uncomfortable.. but the bathrooms in the room were spacious with great amenities. Would probably recommend another hotel for a short stay if you are looking for accessible amenities such as a pool or bath.. or food options.

I usually like the rooms at this hotel but this time I think I got put on a wing / floor for tour groups or low priced rooms. Room was very out dated and worn. Hallway was loud and could hear people talking and coming and going all night. View was not good for airport hotel since it was a low floor.
