We will probably not stay in this area again. Unit we stayed in was okay. Wouldn’t recommend staying in this location again. A lot of police activity around.

My take on the rental

Clean, nice place to stay, but it needs some work, especially the kitchen and bathroom. Not dirty, just in need of upgrade.

The overall stay was ok. However, the check in process could have been streamlined and there should have been an option to extend checkout process. It would have been nice to know there was a motorcycle rally in town. Also the front desk staff were not friendly thimotorcycle reserving

Amazing View!!

We just love it! Price and location cannot be better! This apartment has everything you need for a beach go away. I can't say enough about the view, its just very relaxing. Walking distance to Wal-Mart Neighborhood is a plus. I would only suggest a bit of upgrading to the washroom, other than that it is perfect! Thank you

Awesome beach visit

We had a great time in this small but functional studio. Pictures very accurately depict actual decor. Shower needs a little work as it was difficult to get cold water. Deck a little small but we made it work! Awesome views!!!

Weekend away

We did enjoy our stay, we go to Myrtle Beach every September. The room was nice, a little smaller than we thought it would be but nice. The balcony is very small. We did enjoy our time and it was nice that there were already beach chairs for us to use there, although we did use our own but if we needed to there were some in the closet. The only thing that we had to complain about would be the mattress, it is in bad need of a new mattress.

nice little place

perfect size for 2 people, the cleanliness was okay, the bed was not comfortable. they did not tell us they were coming into the room to replace a drawer in the refrigerator. it was missing when we came into the room, and by the time we left it was replaced so the room was entered without notice. not sure if that’s in the fine print somewhere that they can do that, but a heads up would be cool. hotel staff was cool, parking situation is nice, pools were nice. over all good place to stay if it’s just 2 people

It was ok.

The unit could’ve been more clean, there were pillows in the drawers, dust behind the TV stand, and our feet got super dirty from walking on the floors. The windows could use a deep clean inside and out. The pictures somewhat matched the room. The cabinets are newly painted, the bed could be replaced it was really hard and squeaky. And all the pillows they had were extremely flat. The balcony’s are small… the furniture on the balcony is nice. 3/4 hot tubs were down 1/2 of our stay. I will also put on here that when you book with Elliot, you don’t get free access to the water park across the street. It’s $5/per person. Other than that, my stay was ok.

Beach get away

The room was not clean. We cleaned before we put stuff away. Elliot beach rentals qas good to work with. The building itself was pretty old. Mamarajuana smoking going on.

Amazing!!

If I could rate this 100 stars I would!! Amazing staff at Elliott Beach Rentals and an amazing room! We ALWAYS stay at The Palace every year and this was the absolute best experience so far❤️ So impressed !! Room was super cute and the view was breathtaking!! I didn't want to leave!! Will never book any other way again! My daughter and I loved our 6 night stay!! Thank you to Elliott Beach Rentals!!

Quick Beach Getaway

There was a little confusion as the check-in address provided by rental company was incorrect because they moved to a new location. However once arriving the check-in process went smoothly and everyone was very friendly. Overall the room and the propery were great for a quick beach getaway!

Quick weekend away

This unit was absolutely perfect for my husband and I for a quick weekend away without breaking the budget. The pictures were 100% accurate! There were no disappointments. The view was incredible! Highly recommend and would go back for another stay!

Great view but

Awesome view but, the bed wasnt comfortable, appliances through out the place had visible rust, and toilet never worked properly the entire stay which was a true bummer having to go to the lobby to use a public bathroom when ours was messed up beforehand. Sink drained slow as well. Very thin walls yu can hear everything everywhere. Owner was very responsive. Smooth process but overall Wish things worked better. The toilet kinda ruined the trip.

Great location, would rent again!

The building is older , but kept up pretty good and is clean. Security is present which gives peace of mind. Great location and that view was out of this world. The condo is cute, and looks exactly as pictured. I would stay here again but wish it had storage, I had to go buy a broom and dustpan, that should be available to keep up with cleaning . Especially considering the sand that travels in. The bed was too noisy. Worth an upgrade for sure. But the mattress itself was ok! Everyplace has something right? It was perfect for me and my grandsons and we made a lot of memories and at the end of the vacation that is what mattered and we appreciated the condo! Oh I almost forgot, it could use a pizza pan and pizza cutter lol and The Palace needs more luggage carts. We also was not notified our room was ready by the cleaning crew. We called the realty company to find out why so late and the room had been ready we were just not notified. So by the time we unloaded and moved the car the first day was a wash. But again we didn’t let that ruin our trip. Don’t be afraid to contact Elliott and have them help you. The First Lady wasn’t so nice but the gentleman that works in the office is amazing and the gentleman that answered my second call was amazing.

The property was ok, the noise from. The heater The The door next door was too noisy especially when the neighbor open and closed it. The smell in the hallway when entering the room was not good. It's hard to open the keyless entry door. The sofa bed was filthy when you open it. Blankets not Clean. A lot of hairs and dust on it
