The hotel needs many repairs. The carpet on the stairs is ripped in several places. The floors were dirty. There was a hole in the wall of our room. And other signs of neglect. On the positive, the room smelled clean and the receptionists were very nice and helpful.

Breakfast was typical Coffee, juice & waffles but scrambled eggs & sausage and biscuits also available, which was a pleasant surprise. "
