This hotel is generally fine. There was a lot of dust in the shower/washroom fan, which I found a bit gross. Additionally, the walls are paper-thin and I had trouble sleeping due to noisy/chatty neighbors.

Needs a refurb and new beds. Nice that the carpets have been replaced with laminate but the furniture is very old, beds very creaky and bathroom desperately needs updating. It was nice they still do a room service during your stay as lots of Hotels don’t anymore.

Staff was friendly and helpful. However, room was not satisfactory. Room had a very stale urine smell and bathroom had poorly patched ceiling and was not clean. Location is ideal but would not recommend a stay until room cleanliness improves.

The location of the hotel is amazing. Walking distance to Bell Centre, great restaurants. Our room was clean and the staff was very friendly. The water pressure was pretty low and one guest we talked to on the elevator didn't have water for 2 days. Speaking of elevators, one was out of service on one evening when everyone was coming back from the Bell Centre. Interesting wait times to get to your room.

Hotel is fine for one night to attend a game or concert at Bell Centre but no more. Walkablity to the arena is excellent, less than 5 min. We had a room in the 5th floor and there was barely any water pressure and the toilet bowl would take hours to fill in its own. We did ask to have the toilet fixed before we went out, I assume it was checked but it wasn't fixed and when we returned for the evening. We had a morning flight so we didn't bother to ask to have a room change, Cleanliness felt moderate.
